Right that's it I've had enough. Its time I got my act together and lost this weight I've been carrying around for years.
I've been doing a lot of research and I'm quite excited about the juice diet. Basically all you need is a juicer to get started. A friend of mine has been doing it for a couple of weeks and she's lost a good few pounds.
For breakfast I'm going to juice 4 large carrots, 2 apples and a lemon.
Ill let you know how it goes and talk a bit more about the diet. I'll also tell you what I'm going to juice for lunch.
